Sterling Karwar

We had an overnight stay at Sterling Karwar on our way to Hubballi from Goa, and it turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we checked in, everything about the hotel was truly outstanding—right from the hospitality and food to the room comfort and overall service. A special shoutout to Subham Chakraborty at the front desk. Despite being new to the hospitality industry, he was extremely courteous, well-spoken, and efficient. His enthusiasm and professionalism truly stood out, and we are confident he has a bright future ahead in this line of work. Overall, Sterling Karwar is highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and quality stay with excellent service. We look forward to coming back!

The location, room, staff and premise is excellent. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The garden for kids is really a great point. Swimming pool is also good. The food really needs improvement though in terms of making. We got food we either over salted or no salt. Even the pancakes was raw from inside. Though the staff was very amazing and replaced it immediately but the making of food can improve a lot. Overall we would love to come here again.

Hotel is very easily accessible, right on the highway. There is backwaters of Arabian sea right behind the property and view from the seaside rooms is beautiful. Food is tasty and good quality. Rooms and restaurant are clean and very hygienic. Buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner are good. We got a seaside room on the highway side. The only downside to our whole experience was noise and lights from passing vehicles on the highway. Maybe management could look into what can be done to enhance guest experience in these rooms. Little thicker glass windows and better curtains could solve this problem for the highway side rooms. Overall the stay was very good and would recommend it to everyone.
