Due to landslides on our trip, we had to find accommodation as we couldn’t make our original hotel. We are 15 in total doing a motorcycle tour. We got in around 7.30 pm , wet & cold. The Staff were amazing & the hotel was by far the best one we had experienced in our trip. We went to dinner at 8.30pm & the food was absolutely delicious, the staff were amazing. Got up for breakfast & another feast. Would highly recommend this place. Thank You for you kindness, politeness & overall wonderful experience. Domenic
Had a nice dinner and breakfast at your hotel – overall a good experience! The food was tasty, and your staff was very courteous and polite. However, it would be even better if a staff member personally recommended a few dishes or asked guests about their preferences. Also, having the option to prepare a dal or sabji as per a customer’s request would add a thoughtful, personal touch. Please consider increasing the staff during peak hours. Giving 4.5 stars for the lovely service and warm hospitality!
We had a very nice experience with staying at Sterling Resort Kufri. Staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. They even upgraded our room with a great valley view. Staff at reception and resort is very responsive, they even call and check if anything is needed. Rooms are very cosy and clean. Food is great and restaurant staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
