Grand and spacious rooms. Clean and hygienic. Staff is polite. Breakfast spread is good with live counters for eggs and south indian delicacies and a huge variety in the buffet section. The only issue is they are understaffed and any requests from the room take a good 10-15 min for a response. Once they arrive though, the staff is very polite, courteous and responsive.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property itself is undeniably beautiful, with stunning architecture that blends seamlessly into the scenic surroundings. The location is convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling to and from the resort quite smooth. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and elegantly designed. Bathrooms were modern, clean, and equipped with all necessary appliances, all of which were in perfect working condition. The food was another highlight — the in-house chef prepared delicious meals, and the pasta varieties, in particular, were outstanding and truly memorable. However, I was disappointed by the quality of room service. Requests were often delayed or met with an unhelpful attitude from the staff, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was not well-maintained and lacked proper hygiene standards. I was especially uncomfortable with the pool rules, particularly the requirement for users to wear the swimwear, which was of poor quality, non-branded, and inappropriately revealing — all while being charged a high fee for it (if Provided by them). In summary, while the resort scores high on location, architecture, and food, there is definite room for improvement in terms of service quality, hygiene, and guest comfort regarding pool policies. With a few changes, this place has the potential to offer an exceptional experience.

Worst Experience Ever – Unsafe, Rude Staff, and Threatening Behavior! I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience left me genuinely shocked, disgusted, and scared. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was far below basic standards – dirty rooms, stained bedsheets, a foul smell in the washroom, and completely unhygienic surroundings. It was absolutely nothing like the pictures shown online – total false advertising. The staff was completely unprofessional and untrained. But what made everything worse – and truly terrifying – was that when we tried to politely raise our concerns and ask for a refund or even a room change, we were verbally abused and threatened by the staff. One staff member used highly inappropriate and abusive language, shouting at us in front of other guests. We were told to "get out" if we didn’t like it, and when we asked for the manager, we were threatened, saying things like “You don’t know who we are” and “Be careful or you’ll regret this.” This is not just bad service – this is harassment and intimidation. We felt extremely unsafe staying there and had to leave the hotel immediately at night and find another place to stay. No family, woman, or solo traveller should ever have to go through this. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer forum and tourism authorities. No one should ever stay here – it’s unhygienic, unsafe, and run by people who clearly have no respect for customers or basic human decency. Avoid this place at all costs
