Sterling Munnar

We are currently staying at Sterling Munnar and had the pleasure of attending the evening entertainment program today. It was a truly memorable and unforgettable experience! The event was wonderfully hosted by Mr. Christopher, who was extremely kind, energetic, and engaging. He conducted a variety of exciting games that kept everyone entertained and involved. His lively presence, warm personality, and constant smile made the evening very enjoyable for all of us. Mr. Christopher's ability to bring people together through fun and laughter is truly commendable. The entire program made us feel like we were reliving our childhood days. I highly recommend all families staying here to join the evening entertainment—it’s a great way to bond, relax, and make beautiful memories.

Sterling Munnar is set in a breathtaking location, surrounded by lush green hills and valleys that make every view picture-perfect. Our accommodation was in Indulge room which had good mountain and lake views. The rooms are comfortable, and offer a cozy stay with all the essential amenities. The property is well-maintained, with lovely gardens and plenty of open spaces to relax. The food at the restaurant is delicious with a wide good spread of local and continental options. The hospitality is warm and friendly, though at times the staff’s knowledge about finer details could be better With a little improvement in this area, the experience would be truly flawless. A special appreciation on the house keeping staff Miss *Anumol* who was courteous and helpful. The road to the resort can be bumpy and poorly maintained. All activities in the resorts are charged. Overall, Sterling Munnar is a wonderful choice for a peaceful and scenic holiday in the hills. 🌄✨

Our stay at Sterling Munnar was very pleasant overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the property itself is beautiful. The only issue we faced was at check-in, where we had to wait about 40 minutes as the room wasn’t ready. While it was a bit inconvenient after traveling, once we were settled in, everything else about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. With a little improvement in the check-in process, this could easily be an excellent experience from start to finish.
