Sterling Mussoorie

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this property with our family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly relaxing. One of the major highlights was the food — every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety to suit all tastes. A special mention to Mr. Ashish from the restaurant area, who made our dining experience even more delightful. His courteous and attentive service, along with his warm hospitality, truly stood out and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, a great place for a peaceful family getaway. Highly recommended!

A special shoutout to Kamal and Mukesh at the front office – both were incredibly courteous, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. They made check-in smooth and were always available to assist with any queries or requests with a warm smile. We also had a great time participating in the resort’s activities, thanks to Bishal and Pankaj, who were energetic, engaging, and ensured that every guest had a fun and safe experience. Their enthusiasm made the activities even more enjoyable for our group. Overall, the hospitality, service, and staff made our stay exceptional. I would highly recommend Sterling Mussoorie to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the hills.

Recently had a stay at Sterling Mussoorie with my family. Staff was responsive, courteous and polite. Rooms were clean and spacious with a good view though a balcony would have been fantastic. Breakfast spread was good and sumptuous. I am deducting a star just because I ordered in room service at 10PM but there was no response from kitchen or front desk. Only downside was the location. One has to take a 2 km narrow trail from mall road to the hotel.
