Amazing property!! The location is serene and beautiful! Very accommodating & warm staff! Great hospitality. Food was also amazing & special mention about Ms. Lily who helped us with our food! She was really warm & caring! Also, had a great Spa experience! Jeethu & the therapist both were truly amazing!

We had a truly delightful stay at Sterling Holiday Resorts – Ooty Fern Hill. The property is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, and the overall ambience is peaceful and relaxing. A special word of appreciation for Mr. Sudhir, the Room Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and prompt in addressing all our needs, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Equally commendable was Mr. Chandrasekhar, the Restaurant Manager, who ensured that our dining experience was excellent throughout. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the service was consistently warm and efficient. His personal attention to guests really stood out and added a personal touch to our meals. The staff overall were friendly and professional, and the facilities were well-maintained. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ooty. Looking forward to visiting again!

Stayed for 2 days. The location is good and the property looks well-maintained from the outside, but the overall experience was disappointing. Room service turnaround time was poor, staff was uncooperative, and the rooms were not as clean or well-maintained as expected. Food was average at best. They also claim to offer laundry service as part of the package, but on asking, we were told the machines are old and not working — a clear mismatch between what’s promised and what’s provided. Having stayed at multiple Sterling properties across India, this one felt below average in terms of service and value. Not worth the money they charge. I would recommend going for Tulips or Club Mahindra instead — both offer a far better experience at similar tariffs.
