Sterling Park Kalimpong

Had an extremely comfortable & pleasant stay in the Hotel at Kalimpong for two days during an official tour. The overall ambience of the Property, decor & layout of the hotel and elegant simplicity of the Rooms was very soothing and pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and courteous, whether at the Reception, House Keeping or the Restaurant. I'd like to make a special mention of Ms Smriti, for her courteous, helpful & cheerful demeanor in the Restaurant. She was always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel 'at home'. Menu & food preparation in the Restaurant too was absolutely top class and mouth-watering. My compliments to the entire staff, Hotel Manager & and the Sterling Group on maintaining such a fine property and hotel in Kalimpong.

I took my parents there. They had amazing reception staff. Interacted more with the lovely Priyanka. They even celebrated my mum and dad's anniversary. Decorated the room etc. Thet were Very kind . In the restruant Lalan, Smriti and Ritesh were lovely and accommodating. My dad fell a bit ill so they tried their best to help. I can't appreciate them enough. The Housekeeping staff was also very timely and helpful. They even got us medicines. We interacted more with the lovely trio Salima, Amrita and Ganga ! But every one was very helpful and kind.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The hospitality was excellent — the receptionist was very welcoming, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. A special thanks to Smriti at the restaurant for her warm and attentive service — she truly made our dining experience memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
