The hotel has a nice ambience and its open architecture is impressive. The rooms are organised in such a way with a feel of individual space. The staff are extremely courteous and show remarkable service orientation. At the restaurant when we expressed we would have liked hot chips instead of wafers, it was done with a smile in no time. Restaurant menu has a good variety and we liked the taste. Lizarani was remarkable in service. All in all excellent.
The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout—special thanks to Sujata for their warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, food was delicious (especially the local dishes), and the property has a peaceful vibe with great amenities like a pool and game zone. A perfect place to relax with family. Only downside is the road to the hotel is a bit rough and beach access could be better. Overall, a lovely experience!
The hotel service and room maintenance were outstanding. The room was always kept clean and fresh. What impressed me the most was the buffet—if we wanted anything outside the buffet menu, they gladly provided it at no extra cost. The food service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly attentive and courteous. Truly a top-notch experience!
