Sterling Shivalik Chail

I had been with my family to Sterling Shivalik for 5 nights . My honest review. Checkinn Very smooth & Swift ,We were welcomed with welcome drink ,which was very refreshing after long journey.Surekha saw to it that check inn was done immediately. They upgraded us to a duplex.Very elegant interiors totally wooden,with a balcony overlooking valley. Housekeeping team really helped us from time to time.They cleaned our room daily ,with daily change of linen. Gardener an old uncle helped us to understand about plants & flowers. Restaurant.Very tasty food ,with very good service by Mukesh.My daughter eats bland food and he took utmost care to provide us with non spicy food. Surekha Verma was always there at the front desk to arrange for car,and guide us from time to time about sightseeing. Above all thanks to Resort Manager for enquiring with us from time to time about our stay.My daughter was not keeping well and he was ready to arrange for a doctor immediately. Only drawback is that the resort is in midst of a road between Chail & Kufri .So you need a vehicle all the time to go to nearby places also,which is little costly. Pricing of a bottled drinking water should be kept very reasonable. Thank you Sterling for making our trip to Chail a rememberable one.

One of the best stay experiences. The rooms are good with serene view from balcony. The room was clean & hygenic, service was great and the staff are kind & courteous. Mukesh, Bobby, Harish, Dilip, Pawan served nicely. Mr Raghvendra (manager) guided us properly to visit the right place. Highly recommended!

Great experience, tasty food, chef is so experienced and polite. we booked for 1 day but extended as the services and staff is sooo good, very polite staff and helpful. Child friendly property. Very peaceful stay
