Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sterling Mac! Special thanks to Kim and Vidya Dhar for their excellent room service—always prompt, courteous, and thoughtful. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place for its hospitality and professionalism. Location was amazing, very close to Indira Nagar and on the Old Airport Road! Service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room service was top-notch, everything is managed so well. Food was amazing! Overall, worth the stay, would surely recommend the place!
I have stayed few times.in this hotel. I liked it but I noticed on my last visit, the staff in the restaurant has been reduced. The food menu for veg people was also different in the buffet. I don't know about non-veg options. The vibes that used to be earlier were missing this time. Anyways, I would still choose this hotel to stay because the changes that I felt may be temporary.
