Sternen Hotel Wolfurt

On the business trip me and colleagues needed to find a hotel in Bregenz in the late evening. After being denied any rooms in Bregenz we decided to call Sternen Hotel. The employee on the phone was very professional and offered us a couple rooms for a decent price. The stay was very quickly organised over the phone so when we came to check in at the hotel which is barely 8 minutes away from the center of Bregenz with a car, we were welcomed by the lady we spoke on the phone. With very professional manner she checked us in to the hotel and recommended multiple services the hotel has to over. I was very happy with the service of the staff. The Rooms had plenty of space for luggage and close with multiple clostes and a safe. The Room was perfectly clean including the bathroom, which made the short stay very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was simply awesome. You can be sure that every picky eater will find something he loves on the breakfast menu. A big plus were a big number of homemade items like the Müsli or the jam for example. I will definently come to Sternen Hotel again next when I stay in or around Bregenz. I hope the owner knows how valuable its great staff is.

Great hotel at an amazing price (maybe we were just lucky?). Cozy sauna, a place to lock your bikes and a really great breakfast buffet.

Great localisation, however not so well managed, and lack of communication. We arrived and was around 33°C, AC not working, asked at the reception if was any issues and were informed that AC was not working in the whole building 🥵 very unpleasant to sleep overnight as there’s no air circulating, need it to ask for room service as no one came to clean the room.
