So far, the best 5 star hotel i stayed in, true 5 star experience, the staff is kind and warm, especially front desk lady by name of Takatso, keep up the excellent work guys, the only sad part was i had to leave.

Our family had an exceptional and memorable stay at the Steyn City Hotel by Saxon. From the minute entering the parking lot you are greeted by friendly members of staff and when entering the building you just know that you have arrived in luxury. The rooms are beautiful and stylish and it has all the looks, feels and smells of a 5 star hotel! We were spoilt with a hand written welcome card and snacks. Steyn City has a variety of activities suitable for the entire family, but I have to say that the 300meter swimming pool with slides and paddle boats were our favorites. Upon returning from our daily activities we received turn down service, with ready beds, gowns, slippers and even a chocolate waiting. It is clear that this Hotel has a dedicated team with an eye for detail. Our stay was memorable and unforgettable and it would be an absolute treat to visit this Hotel again.
