Very nice staff and a very nice stay. It was a typical lovely Austrian hotel with very good schnitzel! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel. The room was large and clean. The balcony had a great view. There is a restaurant inside. The breakfast was standard European plus warm scrambled eggs. There was plenty of parking. Check-in and out were easy. The walls are thin, and you will hear your neighbor, pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very nice owners that worked hard to care for our group. We arrived late (almosy midnight) due to a missed flight and they had food available for us. We had breakfast and several dinners at the inn and they were all good. Breakfast is a very nice buffet and dinner was always four courses. The rooms were spacious and we had a balcony that faced the mountains behind the inn. There was room for us to put our carry-on sized luggage and backpacks in the storage area over the bed. We left the windows open at night and slept comfortably as the weather got into the 50's at night. The only issue was you can get insects as there are no screens. The Inn is less than 30 minutes from Innsbruck and was a base for us to go to Southern Germany and around Austria. Overall a very good experience.
