The receptionist is very gentle, the hotel rooms some how small but the location of the hotel is very suitable
They are a very bad service/ hotel because when we went there the galss of the shower broke and we had to pay for it and they let every that was coming in or leaving the hotel to give the hotel a good review (5 stars) but the hotel is acully really bad had have bad quilty!!!
Worst hotel in Istanbul, not what I expected from the pictures. Also they forced my dad to write them a good review
