Stone Hill

We had an amazing stay at Stone Hill ! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out was how pet-friendly it was—our dog had the best time! There were splash pools just for pets,right on the property. Fenced off cottages, braai area,and private garden.our dog enjoyed off leash walking trails and river walk. Caroline & Mark were friendly hosts and made us feel right at home. They also offered breakfast at the lapa and pool area, which was convenient. Highly recommend Stone-Hill to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-welcoming escape with great amenities and nature right at your door.

Loved every second of the trip. From such a warm and friendly welcome to fun adventures on the trails with our doggos and ending (way too soon) with the guarantee of us coming back (with more family and friends to share this awesome experience). We enjoyed our stay at Stonehill Cottage. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The cottage was clean and neat. The rooms are well equipped with air-con and heating blankets. The fire place in the living room is a big bonus in the winter month. The whole cottage is fenced which was a huge bonus as we didn’t have to worry about our pets while we were there. There is a large walking route with beautiful surroundings for the dogs to walk leash-free. They enjoyed it so much. I can highly recommend this as a pet-friendly holiday which is only about an hour away from Pretoria.
