Stoneridge Mountain Resort

We recently stayed at Stoneridge Mountain Resort and really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't our first visit, but it's been a number of years since our last visit. Although we rented privately, our experience was amazing. All the common areas are well maintained and the staff we did encounter and converse with were very professional and friendly. The pool and hot tub were obviously our kids favourite amenities and were used at least twice a day. The pool was kept at a nice temperature given the outdoor temperature. We all really enjoyed being able to stare up at the stars on a clear night while floating in the pool. The sauna was nice as well to dry off in prior to leaving the pool area. The underground heated parking is definitely a bonus, but the stalls can be quite tight and some have odd angles where other longer vehicles can potentially block you in (I encountered this issue once and was lucky to be able to squeeze the vehicle out with only 1-2" on either side). Our 2 bedroom condo was very nicely appointed with all the amenities from home. The full kitchen allowed us to make and pack some meals without having to rely on eating out during our entire trip. The in suite laundry also allowed us to dry items from our day as well as to wash clothing prior to packing for our trip home. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided us all with a great night sleep. We'd definitely return to the Stoneridge Mountain Resort in the future.

Had an absolutely relaxing and amazing experience staying here. Our room faced the pool, but the room more than made up for the "lack of" view. Since we spent a lot of time outside hiking and enjoying the scenery and town, the room itself was more important to us than mountain views. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the wind down of our days. The downstairs was also absolutely wonderful. We tried to book again for this year's trip but was unable to as they were booked up but would definitely be back sometime for sure.

Very nice place. I asked for the top floor, or a view of the mountains, since I live in a very flat prairie, no luck. The people are very nice, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The door to the master bedroom doesn't close without pushing it very hard which wakes up every one. Some extra maintenance would be a good idea.
