Absolutely wonderful hotel! We booked an accommodation package and were thrilled with everything. The room was modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom — but the real highlight was the stunning view! The staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling — they truly go above and beyond and definitely deserve a raise! Special praise goes to the kitchen: the buffet dinner was excellent, and the ox filet was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also impressive, with a wide selection that can satisfy even the pickiest eaters. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and give it a 5+ rating across the board!
A great place to stay at the amazing waterfalls. The rooms are comfortable and the view on the lake side is great. The sound of the water is amazing.
What a great place to stay at, spacious rooms that are clean and well maintained. Albeit a bit dated, but that is not necessarily a negative when you are in this surrounding, your time is not meant to be spent in the room. Amenities and staff was great, however food was sub par and expensive when we visited.
