We stayed here on a friend's advice and were not disappointed. The room was immaculate, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home.There staff very helpfull and nice friendly nature. Overall, it was a great stay.

The overall experience with the resort left a rather disappointing end as there were many shortcomings from a five star rated resort. For starters, there was no pool or gym which is very well expected. The services were slow more often than not and even the managerial staff did not seem very proficient. We paid for Mountain View Mudina suite only to experience construction site view from our room. Other amenities including food & activities were just about average and nothing extraordinary. We wanted to use our membership food vouchers at the time of checkout but were told they had to given at the time of dining and were denied straightaway. The staff was unaccommodating and were unbecoming of a so to say luxury five star resort. There were also some good parts though 1. Some of their F&B staff were actually very nice 2. The scenic location of the restore is a plus 3. All our other request (except the dining vouchers) were actually met (though late at times)
