A very friendly, personal welcome makes you feel right at home. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast is a little different, but every wish is fulfilled. The staff is polite and friendly. Great location, the city center is within walking distance.
From our point of view (family with 2 children) the performance was not in proportion to the relatively high price. The apartment was spacious, clean and there were plenty of towels, but the last renovation was probably several years ago. When it came to the furnishings (furniture, carpeting and wallpaper), we felt like we had been transported back in time a few decades. At the end we were charged €12 for a small broken soup plate. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.
Positive: very nice facility, quiet. Single room tiny. Mattresses extremely soft. Breakfast 2-3 stars. Price-performance ratio is not right. Far too expensive for my opinion. I don't know where the 4 star comes from.
