The owner's very friendly management. The holiday home is in a quiet location with a view of the Baltic Sea in winter, yet is centrally located. The house has a cozy and open layout and is stylishly furnished. Furthermore, the amenities left nothing to be desired. We had spacious accommodations with seven people and a small child and felt very comfortable in this holiday home overall. We found the information provided by the owner about local amenities (restaurants, shopping, and entertainment) very helpful.

First of all, thank you for the friendly welcome and the equally nice farewell. We were able to feel 100% comfortable. Cleanliness is the top priority in this holiday home. The holiday home is very spacious with a beautiful terrace. For some people the mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but that's different for everyone. There were one or two problems when parking or leaving. Maybe we should think about making a change. We would be happy to come back with a large group. We stayed at the Scharbeutz holiday home with our children and grandchildren (6 adults, 2 children) for a week at the beginning of August. From the first contact until our departure, both the landlord (Mr. Pries) and the property manager (Ms. Clemens) provided us with all the necessary information (about the house, COVID-19, sights, restaurant tips, etc.). The location of the house is very good; only the two flights of stairs (the shortest route) to the beach are a bit difficult with a stroller or handcart. The house has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine and dryer (great for a beach holiday). The outdoor grill, however, could use some updating. The section of beach below the house was not crowded (unlike the "main beaches"). However, pre-booking beach chairs was a plus. Fortunately, we had great weather and spent a wonderful week in Scharbeutz. We can definitely recommend the Scharbeutz holiday home.
