Fantastic location right on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, one of the best breakfast buffets we've had with delicious fresh fruits and excellent coffee, evening meals were also superb. Restaurant has a great view of the beach. We stayed in a suite with view of the iconic historic lighthouse and the Wadden Sea with a side view of the North Sea. Beds were very comfortable. We're looking forward to our next trip!
Normal midclass, but with great view on the beach.
Very big and beautiful hotel ideally located in front of the north beach with beautiful views. Our suite was absolutely nice and in good conditions. The breakfast was of good quality with sufficient choice. We’ve experienced a good efficient service without frills and a few very pleasant interactions. One very negative point however: a few members of the front desk are just useless, behaving arrogantly and disrespectfully, with no wish to help and offer customer service, giving incorrect and contradictory information, even smiling naughtily at us between themselves as if we were not there. Absolutely unacceptable.
