A really good hotel! Beautiful Bedrooms and a really good location to stay. I am really satisfied

A good hotel at a beautiful location. The beach is very close. The interior, especially in the rooms, has seen some days but the hotel is in good shape and the wellness area is really nice. The staff was very courteous and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich - nothing more to wish for - and the dinner was tasty as hell. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for :)

If I could give 0 starts, I would. We were invited to a wedding and decided to stay on the hotel for convenience. As the wedding started at 13:00, we tried to confirm we'd be able to enter our room earlier, to get ready. We called in advance TWICE and both times were informed that this is not an issue. We get there and the answer is, your room is getting ready, you need to wait. First, there are enough rooms in the property to allocate us somewhere else. Second, once we complain and explain that we did request this in advance, the feedback was that they then needed to know who said this, as this person was wrong. Not at all, we are sorry, we will try to fix your issue but we need to find someone to blame, I don't care that you are a paying customer and has a problem. After that, my partner had to shave in the men's room (as we didn't have our room yet and the wedding was about to start) and he got a complain from the staff that he wasn't allowed to do so. Well, we wouldn't do that if you had gotten us our damn room, as you promised! To top that, the next day, we check the breakfast times online and go down calmly, as we believed we had 45 minutes, but the reception informs us that the breakfast closes 30 minutes before then what's on the website. Never have I had such a bad experience in a hotel, stay away as much as you can!
