Let me be blunt THE SPA AREA IS INCREDIBLE!!! The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were really nice and all in all, we've had a very pleasant stay! Can heartily recommend
The biggest asset of the hotel is the combination of the healing effect of the mineral water and the competent therapists - I can't recommend more Nadelina, Sophia and Miro. The hotel itself does not give home away from home vibes. You can hear pretty much what happens in the next door room. The reception staff is neither kind not helpful. The food which is included (the hotel only offers half board) is substandard and very repetitive if one stays a week or more. Cheap and repetitive buffets for breakfast and dinner in stark contrast with overly expensive a la carte. Not supporting the health regimes.
Big Disappointment. Here's what happened chronologically: Elevator Safety Issue: The elevator next to the SPA center was broken, and in just a few seconds, the door hit our small child. The safety sensors were not functioning, and when we reported this to reception, their response was dismissive, saying, "You must have done something; it is working." However, the elevator safety sensor remained out of order for the next two days. Overcrowded SPA Pool: The SPA mineral pool was overcrowded, and the air temperature was only 24°C, which is far too cold for a comfortable experience in the middle of winter. Additionally, the pool area was filled with water vapor, making visibility so poor that you couldn’t see from one side of the pool to the other. Unsafe Lampshades: The lampshades were not securely attached to the lamps. When my child lightly touched one, it broke into thousands of small glass pieces. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this could have caused serious harm, especially to our eyes. Disruptive Disco Parties: Loud disco party was held in the evening, with complete disregard for regular hotel guests. When we requested the music to be turned down, the staff replied, "No, it's going to be even louder." I measured the noise level at 102 decibels, which is 17 decibels above the healthy range. Good etiquette would suggest accommodating all guests by starting the loud music only after the external visitors finish dinner. Moreover, loud music does not necessarily enhance the fun. Health Concern: Lastly, two hours after breakfast, our child vomited.
