We stayed at Palms Place for 6 nights through Strip View Suites and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The service was excellent—communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The environment was quiet and relaxing, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very comfortable the entire stay. We highly recommend Strip View Suites and will definitely choose them again the next time we come to Las Vegas!
We were pleasantly blown away by our stay at The Palms in Las Vegas! We honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the suite we received for the price we paid was beyond anything we imagined absolute luxury at an unbelievable value! The bedroom featured an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The living area came with a massive sofa and not one, but two flat-screen TVs – perfect for relaxing in style after a long day (or night!) in Vegas. What really stood out was how spotlessly clean everything was. You could see and feel that great care was taken in maintaining the rooms to a high standard, which made our stay even more enjoyable. All in all, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. If you're heading to Las Vegas and looking for comfort, style, and value all in one place The Palms is the way to go. We'll absolutely be coming back!
GROSS! They DON'T Clean the Sheets? I was very dissatisfied with how this property handled things after my stay. After checking out, I was notified of an extra cleaning fee because the sheets had a small blood spot—less than the size of a quarter in total. I asked what was required beyond simply washing the sheets and mattress , since any reputable hotel/vacation rental should already wash all linens thoroughly with hot water and disinfectant between guests. The fact that this was treated as an “extra” charge made me question whether they clean sheets properly by default. They never clarified what additional steps, if any, were actually taken. This is extremely concerning, because both sheets and mattress covers should be washed after every single guest. If using hot water to sanitize bedding is considered “extra,” then either (1) they are charging everyone this hidden fee, or (2) they are not properly cleaning the sheets and mattress covers between stays. Neither option is acceptable. I would understand if there had been a major mess, significant damage, or an impact on the mattress, but this was not the case. Charging extra to clean the sheets and mattress pad is unreasonable. The hotel itself is nice, but I would never book through them again. My experience felt shady at best and very unprofessional, and it left me questioning the cleanliness standards of the property.
