George and all other staff that we met on arrival and on departure were extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. They made us feel very comfortable. So attentive and brilliant staff members. Rooms were great but the service made the entire experience very good. I would happily come back over and over again.
Central location in Hamra, there's groceries and food around the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and have been of great help during our 3 day stay. Room is comfortable with a large bed, fridge, mini kitchenette, and has hot showers. No issue with the electricity. Wifi is very slow though. Overall still value for money.
Our stay started off perfect, everything was going well until we needed towels. This hotel has a serious issue: they refuse to replace used towels unless you argue with them. They don’t even provide extra ones. The front desk guy was extremely rude, and the staff member who eventually brought us towels was just as unpleasant, claiming “all hotels around the world are the same.” Absolutely not true. I’ve traveled from Japan to the US, and never experienced anything like this. Really disappointing. Avoid at all cost.
