Studio Coliving Hotel

Pretty ok for a Hampton. Both treadmills in the gym were broken, room was fairly dirty and the staff wasn’t super friendly. Breakfast was basic and the staff insisted on scooping the hot food. It was annoying. Great location though!

The only good thing about this place was the price but you get what you paid for and the staff who were friendly. I'll start with the gym which was hot and none of the cardio machines worked. Breakfast was horrible, except for the fruit but it wasnt enough to serve everyone and they had a bar which was never open. Now let's talk about my room, the toilet had a sewer backed up smell at night, had to close the door. I would not stay here or recommend anyone stay there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My room was leaking water throughout the night, I was wet and my clothes. There were stains everywhere in the room, with peeling wallpaper and no shampoo in the bathroom. When coming back from a tour the staff LOCKED OUR ROOM. We could not access our room and were confused. The front desk person Raul Vega told us THEY LOCKED US OUT because there was a “stain” on a towel. Confused I asked to see a picture. The “stain” was a very faint pink (less than a makeup stain). Upset I decided to show him the pictures I added to this review. I never showed the staff the pictures deciding to be nice but now I was being harassed for something so minor. I asked him “what about the leaking ceiling I woke up to?” And he responses very condescending “so you can stain a towel and we can’t charge you, is that sentiment?” In all my travels I have never been treated so horribly by hotel staff. Raul Vega thought it was appropriate to lock the room of two women, whose only belongings are in that room. What he did was dangerous. After showing him multiple videos and pictures of the horrible room he said we didn’t have to pay for the towel. We booked this room under a DIAMOND STAUS. The staff is soooooo unprofessional and rude. The breakfast buffet was TINY, no ice, no ketchup. We ate breakfast outside because the buffet was COLD AND NOT GOOD. Please stay at ANY OTHER HOTEL. The staff is rude, manager is rude, they do not show care for the guests at all. My friend who does not speak Spanish was never met with English when talking to the staff, they do not even try or look to her. If I could change anything about my visit to Panama is choosing to stay at the Panama City Hampton by Hilton.
