Studio M Hotel Singapore

I was greeted by Shirley upon arrival and her friendliness immediately left a great 1st impression. She patiently explained the option of express kiosk so that I can save time in queuing at the check-in counter. The self check-in process at the express kiosk was indeed seamless and efficient. Her thoughtfulness throughout our interaction was a great start to my stay. The hotel room was clean and the loft design was a unique feature. Thank you for the hospitality and I will definitely be back again!

Stayed here for 1 week. Room was cleaned everyday. Has 24 access on gym. Has complimentary water and coffee The loft style room is comfy and design for a good night sleep. Shower area is quite small but has a bidet and water has hot and cold option with free toiletries and towels.

When I arrived, it was a full house with a long queue, but despite the crowd, the check-in process was smooth thanks to Cel. I was truly amazed by her courteous and cheerful nature her smile was contagious, and she greeted everyone who passed by or approached her counter. Her dedication to her work was inspiring. Cel patiently explained everything I needed to know, including details about my room, the floor layout, the pool, gym, and breakfast location. She was thoughtful enough to inform us that bottled water isn't provided in the room, but there’s a water filter machine available, which I found very considerate. She also guided us on the nearby bus routes and MRT stations, which was very helpful. When I got to the room, I was delighted with the unique loft design it felt special and different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. The city view and night lights from the room were stunning. Breakfast was very nice, and the pool offered a bit of privacy and space for everyone to enjoy. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning to Studio M again on my next visit.
