Studio Nastasia

Very nice studio run by a lovely couple. Location is good, 5 minutes walking to center of Afitos. Nice comfortable rooms with a sea-view balcony. Nice garden. Totally will be our choice again for our next trip in Halkidiki

the rooms are fine, the furniture is a bit old and the bathroom is very small, but it has pretty much everything you need. it was also pretty clean although we found some cockroaches, but the room was in the basement and there are many insects during the summertime. it is very quiet and the garden is pretty. also, it is located in afytos which is a nice village that i recommend, but it is not central and you have to walk a little to get to the beach and shops. nice overall but not up to its value, in my opinion. the hosts are very nice and they helped us with renting a car.

Honestly I donot know how to rate this hotel. Host is very nice. However we did not know the room was half basement while we booked it. Frankly speaking room and bed was very clean which is most important to us. The room has a small kitchen which was enough to prepare breakfast. However the room was half basement and you can feel the humidity. When we entered the room there were small flies in bathroom and a grasshopper over the bed. Bathroom was very small. I could barely fit in shower and my knees were hitting shower cabinet while sitting on closet. I donot want to be harsh. Above floors would be much better and my rating would be higher.
