I stayed in studios by aqua natura. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I would be happy to stay there again. Coincidentally, my birthday fell during our stay. I received a voucher from them as a birthday gift, which was completely unexpected and such a kind gesture. I'm truly grateful to their staff for making our trip so memorable. All inclusive breakfast was also delicious. They have variety of things and we enjoyed the breakfast everyday. On my Birthday while I was having my breakfast there, they brought me a cake and sang me birthday song, which was also surprising and really kind of them. Spa was also included in our hotel price. You have to walk to another hotel (lapa bay) which is may be 5 mins walk. You then have the possibility to visit sauna, turkish bath , jaccuzi and pool. There was also one jaccuzi on the rooftop in studios by aqua Natura.
Nice hotel by the natural pools, however our room was quite humid (thankfully there is a fan). Lots of on-site parking and you get a free entrance to the natural pools and the amenities at the sister hotels (one of which has a Turkish bath experience). Staff are very friendly and helpful.
I was really looking forward to staying here on our honeymoon. It was the priciest place we planned for our trip and was supposed to provide luxury and leisure with more active and rustic days surrounding it. Everything started out well. We were able to park for free and check in early. We were given a complimentary bottle of blue, bubbly, sweet “wine-based drink.” However, the hotel did not properly maintain or test their air conditioning system, which failed the day we arrived. It was hard to tell that the room wasn’t cooling off at first because you couldn’t leave the climate control on (or charge devices) while outside of your room due to their “green” card system. So that first night, my husband and I tossed and turned until 3am, totally unable to cool off and fall asleep. I had to take a fan from the hallway to try to encourage cool air to enter our room through the balcony door because there was zero wind, so just opening the door didn’t do anything to help. We had to miss breakfast the next day because we slept until 11am due to our late bedtime. And yet they still charged us the €50 fee for a second person as we were literally packing our car after checking out, though we weren’t even able to eat breakfast due to their maintenance error. When I’d called to report the AC issue around midnight, there was no one manning the phones. Seems like poor management for a 3-hotel group not to have someone to route calls to if something happens after-hours. The AC was still off the second night, but we were able to be proactive about cooling the unit with the fan long before bedtime. I wanted to love our time here, but the facilities really fell short.
