We love it. We rented a beach cabana every day Orlando C was the attendant. He is simply fantastic. When you come to Sandals Negril (book it), make sure you see Orlando C for cabanas or snorkeling. He's great. The entire staff is great. It's quiet and adult friendly. My wife and I will return.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ (4.5/5) We just returned from a relaxing stay at Sandals Negril in May 2025, and I can confidently say it was our best visit yet! Having previously stayed in February 2024, I immediately noticed the positive impact of new General Manager Melissa Clark and her team. The resort felt noticeably cleaner, the staff more attentive and genuinely friendly, and even the food had improved across the board. These changes didn’t go unnoticed and truly enhanced our experience. This resort continues to be the perfect choice for a romantic and stress-free getaway. From breathtaking sunsets to the soft, white sand beach just steps from your room, the location is unbeatable. You’re literally on the beach—it’s hard to find another resort with this kind of proximity to the ocean. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional butler service, which made our vacation feel completely effortless. Huge thanks to our incredible butlers, Felix and Damien, who went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We were treated to breakfast on our patio, daily treats like fresh fruit and champagne, romantic touches like a sunset soak in our tub, and seamless dinner reservations each night. While no place is truly perfect, this trip came very close. Sandals Negril earns a solid 4.5 stars from us—5 stars for rooms, service, and location. If you're considering a relaxing beachfront escape where you're truly cared for, I highly recommend Sandals Negril (especially with butler service!).

We stayed at Sandals Negril for 7 nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary — a trip we had been looking forward to for years. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and our room exceeded expectations. The butler service was outstanding — attentive, thoughtful, and truly top-tier. In that regard, the resort and staff deserve a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, our overall experience was devastatingly disappointing due to a severe illness that struck both of us the second day of our stay. We spent the majority of our vacation — nearly 80% of the time — extremely ill and confined to our room, unable to enjoy the amenities, beach, restaurants, or even our anniversary day itself. We sought care from the on-site doctor and were told lab results would be available within 7–10 days. It has now been nearly four weeks, and we still haven’t received any results, despite following up. Multiple staff members asked us what we had eaten, suggesting the illness may have been related to the food — which is deeply concerning, especially at an all-inclusive resort known for its culinary offerings. This was the most expensive vacation we’ve ever taken, and it was meant to be a celebration of a major milestone in our lives. Instead, it was overshadowed by a health crisis and a lack of post-care follow-through. We’re heartbroken that such a beautiful place with such excellent service ended up being the backdrop for such a disappointing and distressing experience. We hope that no other guests have to go through the same. *** UPDATE- test results arrived after 3 months and we tested positive for SALMONELLA.
