Style Star Hotel Cihangir

The room was clean, the staff behaved well and respectfully. The price was also reasonable.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel at all. Doesn’t even deserve the one star. Although the hotel entrance is from cihangir and is clearly shown on maps that way too, they forbid you from entering there. You have to enter from the grand star hotel. Hotel reeks of mold. Night time a night club takes over the hotel restaurant and just blasts loud music. You can literally hear everyone and everything that happens outside your room. Bathroom has a constant smell of sewage. As said before doesn’t even deserve the one star.

It goes without saying that this hotel should not declare 4*. If it says 1 star is it ok. The problems started from the very first moment. We went there and even though we paid 1 month before the trip they took 1+ hour to find our reservation. The room was small , the bed 2 people with extra payment for an extra double but it was for 1 person. The first night we had hundreds of flies in the room which somewhat diminished the following nights. We paid to see sea or quiet street but we could see a staircase. Next to us was the kitchen or some area of the hotel and had noises from machinery all the time. On the amenities was free spa which they then asked for a charge. The breakfast was stale and poor. I am sorry we spent our money on something so bad and the various front desk staff did not want to make it easy for us when they were paid in advance 1 month before our trip.
