Su Merdum Hotel

Was a lovely room with great staff. Would stay again.

We booked the Bosphorus boat ride which was a Horrible experience... , on the phone they told us TL400 for 2 hours. We got there 1hr before the tour and told them we would get something to eat next door and be back in another hour (2pm) to start the scheduled boat ride. We get back at 1:55pm and they're not ready. After a lot of back and forth, cleaning the boat (after we arrived) we finally departed almost at 2:50pm so we lost 1hr of sightseeing we had scheduled later in the evening. Soon after we started they stop @ the coast to buy their cigarettes..? So we wait for another 10min or so in the boat. Right after they asked us if we wanted beer or wine, we said wine (on the phone they told us the price included some drinks), we had a glass of wine each which was pretty horrible so later we asked for a beer each (total 2 beers) but they had drank the beer thinking we'd keep drinking wine. So we had to stop again to buy more beer because they left none for us (the guests) so we needed to stop for 10-15min. We asked again for the beer after about 20min and they told us they were "preparing" the beer?? That's when we saw the guy come back on the boat with a few beer cans. Around 1hr and 15min after we had started they asked us if we wanted to continue further north, we said yes thinking we had another 45min to go. After about 2.5hrs we make it back to the hotel... When it came the time to pay we were told it was TL820 total... TL400 for the first 1.5hrs (instead of the original 2hrs they had told us on the phone) + another TL500 for the extra hour + TL125 for the 2 glasses of wine & 2 beers!?! Of course this included "the special discount" they "gave" us...! After arguing for about 20min about the first 2 hrs and the 2 times we had to stop you buy their cigarettes and the beer they drank they "finally" came down to TL620 which is still pretty expensive considering they still charged us TL125 for the drinks and TL100 for the hour they stole from us. The boat ride in itself was nice but these people are NOT HONEST and will try to steal from you if they can

Worst customer service ever. Reserved through Expedia and it was confirmed. When I arrive there at 1:15am they said all rooms are full. We drove around the city for 3 hours to find an another hotel. They problems sold my room to other guess paid more. Very unprofessional.
