Why can't I give zero stars ? Worst experience in 15yrs Thailand Cambodia Laos. No water pressure in sink. Tilting room which i firts just thought was funny. Odour spray to kill mosquitoes. All being in wood and no management at all, a rude tour guide will wake up all guests along with his own by knocking doors and stamping back and forth over the elevated walkway. But WORST: at 630am a noisy crew gathered behind my room which at 7 simply started drilling and sowing to... start levelling the room is was IN trying to get some more sleep ! I ran outside, workers who were not to blame apologized but staff simply ran away and manager never apologized. No bottled water, no breakfast, and all this nuisance for an outrageous 850thb. As they let their cute kids waterpark die already, let the resort pretence also soon die pls 🙏

Very disappointing experience. We booked the grand suite with our Agoda VIP account. On arrival at 6:40 p.m. things started off badly. A couple has been waiting for 20 minutes and no one is at reception. Around 7 p.m. we managed to reach someone on the phone who came to give us the keys... To the wrong room. We skip over the announced welcome drink and the disastrous welcome... So we get the key to a second bad room. We explain that we have reserved the suite... Which is not accessible because the door is broken. Basically that's it or nothing. The room smells musty, the TV doesn't work, the shower head doesn't hold straight, no toilet paper, the door must be sealed because there's a huge day underneath... Anyway. The mattress is of good quality and we slept well. That's already it. At the start we were given a coat, we booked a room with breakfast... But no breakfast... A disaster this place.
