Place was fabulous. Staff were exceptional, the little bungalows were great. Views are unbelievable and it all really feels premium. Highly rated the stay, and in a great part of Bali away from the bustle. Loved it 💜

We were going to check in but decided against it after reading reviews. Unfortunately, it seems that most concerns addressed below in other reviews were very valid. Theft appears to be commonplace and acknowledged by staff, included breakfast is limited and they charge for even an extra egg, rooms did not seem particularly clean and there is no air conditioning. They advertise themselves as five stars on booking.com but at the hotel they told us ˋwe don’t claim to be 5*’. Though the hostess at reception was kind theft and the fact that people from, the outside can go into the hotel no problem was enough to put us off. As well as the fact that for that price point you can afford much nicer places. Perhaps if you want the view you can just go for a drink.

BE WARNED - because this resort is an "Eco" resort my room had NO TV. TV's apparently do not fit in with this resorts ethos. That is unless you pay for a more expensive room, in this instance ethos no longer applies and TV's are included. I know this because the staff admitted this to me. The walls are paper thin can hear everything in next room & in the bathroom & vice versa, shower is "open air" meaning it's OUTSIDE. Monkeys can enter yr bathroom via the shower area and take all yr toiletries. I was only told this upon checking in & that I had to bring ALL my toiletries into my bedroom and close the door every night and repeat every morning before heading out for the day otherwise monkeys may take toiletries. This was extremely inconvenient. Shower is luke warm at best. Neighbours shower is on the other side of yr shower wall, you can hear them showering & vice versa. I included breakfast in my booking but was informed on my first morning that only basic items are included in this, other items such as a latte made through the espresso machine & made to order food (an omelette) is at an additional cost. Very misleading! Lights around bathroom mirror are a dull orange, useless, can't see yr face properly. I was told to hide the plastic bottle I happened to be holding when I walked into pool area. This "Eco" Reasort term is just code for charging guests more to recieve less. When yr paying approximately $500 a night Australian, value for money this place fails miserably. Please do not stay at this resort, it's an absolute rip off, everything about this place (apart from view poolside) is below par & the fact they blame all of the many failures on being sustainable is pathetic & infuriating
