Room was spacious. Airconditioning works well. Bathroom are clean and spacious too. Water heater works perfectly fine and there are no problems with water supply. Staff was helpful and kind. The room I had just felt dim since there was only 1 window (frosted) and there was not enough natural light in the room
Being located at the casino is the positive. The rest is lacking. Hotel is dated, you can smell the mildew as you walk down the hall. Need a blanket, you have to rent it 250 pesos. Breakfast is included with a choice of silog meals but half were not available. Menu looked good but every meal there was a not available for something, so disappointing. TV in the room has to be unplugged to turn off. Window ac but it did get cold. Nearly 4k pesos a night so we could have done better elsewhere. I would expect this from a 3 star off the SBMA but this was disappointing.
I just booked a family room for 2 nights in this hotel. The initial room is disgustingly dirty and the bed are full of bedbugs. On the 2nd day they let us transfer to another family room and this time its full of cockroaches small and big alike.
