Rooms are great, clean, comfortable, comes with a fridge, coffee machine A brilliant shower, despite people complaining it's small. They are just greedy people. The shower is incredibly good For the price and for the helpfulness if the staff as well as the conditions of the room etc etc It's definitely a good grab!

Had an overnight stay in this hotel, fab location as the metro was literally outside the entrance. The rooms were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Kaina was on reception and she was lovely and very accommodating to our needs. Definitely recommend, would stay here again.

The hotel is in a good location, right opposite the metro, which is very quiet once the windows are closed. We enjoyed the view of the Eiffel tower and little balcony with table and chairs. The separate toilet to the shower is nice. Lovely shower. We also liked the fridge, which made it easy to store our food and the nespresso coffee machine. However, we felt more pods could have been provided. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Negatives: The carpet in the room had a funky smell and was not nice. Floorboards would make the room much better and cleaner. The room also made us itchy, probably due to heavy cleaning detergents or spray to hide the smell of the carpet. I must commend this hotel though for their excellent customer service over chat and email and their app. It made everything very smooth and even though there was no personal staff at reception, it did not feel like you were just abandoned.
