Suburban Extended Stay Hotel

They only provided 2 towels and no extra toilet paper. We didn't realize that we were out of toilet paper till after 10 and couldn't get a hold of anyone to get more. The roll on the holder wasn't even a full one. It smelled funny when I first walked in. Don't think I'll ever be back. Definitely not what I'm used to when staying in hotels and I've stayed in my fair share.

We had only a very short interaction with staff for check-in and check-out and had no issues. The room however left a lot to be desired. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. The toilet was not secure, the sink spun and the faucet was literally not attached to the "counter". It leaned against the mirror. The shower for being "accessible" was very narrow, the seal along the ramp ridge was hanging allowing water to flow out. The cover on the door handle was gone keeping batteries exposed (which for us really didn't matter, just cosmetic). But possibly worst part was the horrific cigarette ash smell. I understand since this was a smoking room that's expected but this was to the point our nostrils actually burned. Wifi was terrible, it would turn on and off constantly to the point it was easier to just turn it off and not use it. On one good note.... the heat worked amazing. Overall, not the best place, it just needs some TLC to bring it back to life. Also, quick side note, to each his own but checking in, that office could have been a Marijuana shop. For a quiet town, was kind of loud during late night, sounded like a loud engine driving through the parking lot over and over.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Literally took my money and refuses to give it back knowing I didn't stay at the property. I see why this property has 2 stars.
