Sudamala Resort Komodo Labuan Bajo

I've travelled a lot around South East Asia, stayed in a lot of nice hotels and this one is an absolute gem - and reasonable too. The rooms were spacious, clean and elegant. An absolute joy. The staff were all super friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was great, the atmosphere in the entire place was very chill and relaxing. We felt right at home. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool area. One negative point, now I remember - this is the first hotel pool I've been in where it stung to open my eyes under water. It was quite uncomfortable. Please look into this - but it's not worth me docking a star for it! We also took advantage of the spa treatment - 2 hours of massage and facial treatment for what amounts to about £50. Incredible. And if you take the spa service - then you are entitled to use the secluded spa pool and loungers whenever you want. If ever I find myself in beautiful Labuan Bajo again - I know where I'll be staying. Many thanks to the staff there!

This place absolutely deserves 5 star in our view. I read in some comments that it’s slow to get coffee or some drinks, it’s true but !!!general feeling about the place is absolutely great, and it’s more important!! Ambience is amazing, very chill and people are super friendly. Hotel is nice decorated, you don’t wanna leave it, wanted just to stay and chill here. We are not people of swimming pool normally but here we felt like to do it because ambience and everything was great. Certainly 5 start! Highly recommended!

The Resort is beautiful and the people working in the facility are kind and helpful. The restaurant offers a big variety of food, from typical local cuisine to more westernised dishes. The beach is perfect to admire the sunset. We had a small issue with our room, but the staff was supportive and we found a solution!
