Sudima Auckland City

The staff are excellent at doing the small things that make a difference. I have stayed here twice for work. The rooms are clean, comfortable, tidy and have good facilities. The restaurant, East, is a great vegetarian and vegan restaurant with gluten free options. (I am not vegan, vegetarian nor gluten intolerant). The conference facilities are good. For me the value-added difference is that the hotel and its staff are very good at doing small service things that improve your experience. For instance, when I first stayed I arrived too early to check-in. The staff took my bags, and when I returned at the end of the day to check-in my bags had been taken to my room. These small quality-of-stay differences elevate the hotel. I have recommended this hotel and would continue to do so.

One of the most comfortable rooms we have encountered on our travels, plenty spacious for two large suitcases as well. We tried the room service robot - if you stay here you must try it! Still laughing…. The service and the rooftop bar are both excellent.

I wish to give a 5 - Star rating to all of the Sudima Hotels in New Zealand and yet my Husband, Children and I have never stayed here yet they are the only ones that cater to the needs of Special Needs Children. This aspect has been lacking in a lot of Hotels, Motels and Lodges as they just don't care about Special Needs Children. But to the Sudima Hotels, we give the highest rating of 5-Star+ for catering to the needs of all people including special needs children. I wish we knew about you 5 years ago as WINZ only gave us standard lodging . Well done to all who work at the Sudima Hotels, including the CEO. You all shall be blessed for showing great Mercy upon Special Needs Children. Well done Guys! 5-Star+ Rating!
