Absolutely loved our stay! Our room was comfortable, the customer service was excellent, and the friendly staff truly make this place special. What initially caught our attention were the many reviews mentioning how clean it was—and I can 100% confirm that’s true. We had a car, which made getting around super easy. It was just a short drive to Queenstown, and the location of the hotel was ideal—kind of in the middle of everything. Plus, there were plenty of great cafes and shops right below the hotel. Thanks again for everything! We’ll definitely be back.
10/10 experience. Amazing & friendly receptionists. Beautiful rooms, the bathroom is super tidy and clean, rooms are very spacious and clean. Location is the highlight for the hotel. woolworths, kmart, warehouse, cafes, laundromat, restaurants everything is literally outside the building and it’s so convenient. Bus stop is also downstairs that goes to the main city about every hour. Enjoyed my entire stay 🎀
We really enjoyed this hotel. Great rooms, beds were excellent, clean modern bathroom and great sized TV. Car parking is really convenient. I found breakfast at the hotel pretty poor but with so many great cafes close it didn't really matter. The lady on reception was excellent and definitely a hotel asset
