Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The interiors are absolutely beautiful – stylish, elegant, and perfectly maintained. What made our experience truly exceptional was the incredibly kind and professional staff. We would like to give special thanks to Muslum, the waiter by the pool, who served drinks and snacks with a big smile every day. His warm attitude, attention to detail, and friendly service made our time by the pool extra enjoyable. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

I stayed at the Sueno Hotel in 2018 with my grandparents, so we were given a room setup that included two rooms, one with a separate bathroom and a very nice view. The hotel was extremely clean, and they provided absolutely everything you might need—from toothbrushes to slippers, bathrobes, shampoos, shower gels, juices, snacks, and daily cleaning. The conditions were excellent, making our stay very comfortable and convenient. Everything was right at hand, which made the experience even better.

Very disappointing stay – definitely not a 5-star experience Our stay at Sueno Deluxe Belek was far from what you would expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. We were a group of four, but the minibar and toiletries were never restocked properly for all of us, no matter how many times we asked. The food in the main restaurant was extremely limited and repetitive. For a hotel of this level, the variety and quality were shockingly poor. We only saw seafood offered once during our stay, and unfortunately, it smelled spoiled – we didn’t even dare to try it. There were no poached eggs available at breakfast, and the salmon was served only every other day for some reason. The local alcohol was undrinkable, and getting imported drinks felt like a battle – we literally had to stand over the bartenders and watch what they poured to make sure we were getting what we asked for. Poolside service was nearly non-existent. One waiter passed by the entire day, and even that wasn’t guaranteed. On top of that, about half of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, and they openly admitted it. Entertainment was embarrassing. Acrobat performers were falling during their acts, and the whole show looked amateurish and poorly prepared. Several elevators were out of order, and the ones that did work were incredibly slow – a constant inconvenience. The only positives I can mention are the beautiful lobby and the evening lighting of the hotel exterior, which were truly impressive. Sadly, that’s where the positives end. I would not recommend Sueno Deluxe Belek to anyone looking for a high-quality resort experience.
