We loved our time at the Sueno Golf Hotel in December 2024. A Holiday which I won via 'dream-living.co.uk'. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were in good condition, if a little dated. The only issue with the room was that the balcony door didn't lock. The food is great as long as you go with an open mind for international choices. Plenty of options, well prepared and fresh. Staff were attentive and actively checked the food, both from a replenishment perspective and checking temperatures were at safe levels. Bar staff were excellent and were quick to notice when glasses needed refilled. Premium drinks were provided when requested, included in the all inclusive offering. The golf courses were in great condition, only let down by some players who seemed unwilling to repair their divots and pitch marks... Not the fault of the grounds staff. Included use of the facilities in the Deluxe hotel was a massive bonus, only 1 min away when using the regular (included) transfer service. It had a larger food offering and significantly more entertainment options (albeit many of these were closed when we visited in the off-season).
Overall, Sueno Golf was a good experience when it came to the golf courses and general facilities no complaints there. The staff were mostly helpful too. However, the rooms were definitely the low point of the trip. Our first room had a lovely feature: a leaking air conditioner. Nothing says “holiday” like having to dodge water dripping from the ceiling. When we asked to switch, the staff kindly moved us… into a slightly better room. It was only after settling in that we realized we had somehow managed to experience the two worst rooms in the entire hotel. Lucky us! Also, I absolutely loved the moment when a man (clearly drunk) knocked aggressively on our door, screaming “MY ROOM!” at the top of his lungs. Really appreciated the heart attack — nothing like being startled half to death by a stranger trying to keep you company at night.
Stayed at Sueno Golf Hotel Belek as part of a Golfbreaks package. We were in the smaller golf hotel next to the course — convenient location, but the rooms were dated and far from 5-star quality. Food was disappointing. Hygiene standards questionable. Buffets were average at best the same goes for the à la carte offerings. Charging €10 per head for nearly identical food felt like a joke. You can’t walk in either — had to reserve in advance, yet both times the place was mostly empty. Staff were generally friendly, but the constant tipping pressure got old fast. Despite being all-inclusive, drinks/food during golf rounds (buggy bar) weren’t included — a letdown. The pro shop was fine but pricey — think more Western Europe than local value. Even the pool table cost €10/hour. The golf courses were lovely, which saved the trip. Amenities were hit or miss — decent sauna, but Turkish bath wasn’t working, and the gym was very basic, with seemingly no air con. All in all, decent for the golf, but not sure I’d stay here again.
