Sueños Tulum

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The view from our room was wonderful. Breakfast and especially dinner was amazing! Best food we had in Tulum for a reasonable price. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. The Chillout areas at the beach are shady, super relaxing and family friendly (traveling with a baby). The architectural Maya theme and all the vegetation makes you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle. So it's nicely incorporating nature which we love. All in all a really relaxing and nice hotel. The only "negative" thing we noticed was that the tab water and shower was a bit smelly. Also the ac is only available at night but we didn't mind since we had the fan running anyways.

Sueños Tulum is a slice of paradise. It’s small and intimate. It’s like a private club. The staff learns everyone’s name and are supremely accommodating. There is always someone available to grab you a drink or something to eat. The food is exceptional and always made to order. Moreover, there is a wonderful breakfast that is complimentary. The location is perfect - quiet yet a short walk to all of the nightlife. They are also very diligent about cleaning the seaweed off of the beach every morning. It’s a perfect family getaway!

Exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Amazing beach front property with an earthy vibe and feel. It doesn’t feel like a Marriott - which is normally fine but I prefer authenticity in places like this. Giovanna and her staff were amazing and attentive. They were kind and friendly. Helped with arranging a car service, and massages, and anything we could want. And Ivan makes the best margaritas on the planet - plus he’s a great conversationalist. The food was wonderful and they accommodated our special food needs beautifully. Remarkable place. Amazing experience. We will be back.
