Sugar Marina Hotel ART Karon Beach

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed twice in the same week, on different days, and was given two different rooms in two separate buildings. The first time, I stayed in the more artistic building, which had a really charming vibe. The second time, I was in the newer building, which is beautifully designed and decorated. I even got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony and sea view. The hotel it’s just 150 meters to the beach. Breakfast was quite decent, with a good variety of options — I’m not sure why some people have criticized it here in the reviews. The highlight of my stay was the kindness of one of the hotel staff members, Win, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back!

The hotel is amazing. Perfect location close to everything you need. very good services the staff are friendly and helpful. My room had connecting door access for the kids room which had a bunk bed. The cleaning service was perfect and they made an activity which takes place every Monday. Sandra was taking care of the children and made them so happy. Win also was one of the most helpful staff. I’m so satisfied and highly recommend the stay in sugar marina.

Excellent experience! The hotel has a very convenient location, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was impeccable. We especially want to highlight the service of the waitress who served us; she was very efficient, friendly, and attentive at all times, her name is Win. We will definitely return soon and highly recommend it.
