Sugar Marina Resort LAGOON Villas Naiyang Beach

Our recent hotel stay provided an exceptional experience. The pool's proximity to our room was a significant convenience. While the breakfast offerings were satisfactory, the daily variety was appreciated. I would like to commend the staff for their outstanding efforts in enhancing our stay. Specifically, when a cake I had ordered via GrabFood arrived damaged, Pin and their team graciously redecorated it, which was a truly touching gesture. The staff's friendliness and engagement with our baby were also noteworthy. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Love the breakfast and room services. We appreciate the lagoon type pools and the kids play area. There is a nearby restaurant, 7-eleven, basketball court and night street food as well. They provided a free drop in and pick up shuttle bus going to the 3 beaches nearby. The decoration is amazing! Thank you also to Pew, Aom and Jack for the marvelous assistance.

It's a steal honestly, you get a lot more than what you pay for. We've had no issues everything was cared for and we were able to completely focus on relaxing. From the decoration all the way to the room service, everything was tasteful and quiet. The staff was amazing and attentive we've had the pleasure of having Jack, Lego, Pin and Aom and we hope you get to meet them too. If you're anxiously reading the reviews to make a decision pick this one. I'm not payed to say this, it's just that great (really). (We were a mom, a nineteen year old teen and a six year old). Also the gym is open 24/7 and the playground is really nice. There is also a very fun kid's pool and the pool is 120cm deep so not that shallow (but still shallow enough to swim). Also the food is delicious and everything is clean and calm. We are almost reluctant to tell people how awesome this place it because we may not get to stay there again then. Pick this one please.
