Great value for money and an unbeatable location — that’s Suha JBR in a nutshell. The apartment was clean, bright, and ideal for our needs. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings despite being in a lively area. The Walk, Marina, and beach were just steps away, making every day easy and enjoyable. The housekeeping was consistent and efficient, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays.

The reason for my comment is one thing: the receptionist, KASHIF. What a welcoming face with a warm smile! He truly knows how to speak with people. We arrived at the hotel after a 9-hour drive, and he treated us like friends—offering us complimentary services and even a bottle of water. We reached the hotel two hours before the check-in time, and he understood our need to rest. He arranged for our room to be ready as soon as possible. I want to express my sincere gratitude to this gentleman and encourage the management to keep him in good hands. People like him are the reason guests return to a hotel, even if they experience some inconvenience during their stay. On our third day, there was a school trip to the pool. It was a bit noisy, but nothing too serious. The 24-hour market just seconds away was super convenient. The location is excellent, though it can get quite busy at night and on weekends. We are happy to select this apartment for our family holidays. Great location surrounded by high rise buildings which provide adequate shades to protect us from heat . Wonderful Beach is nearby for morning walk and swim , if interested. Apartments rooms are spacious with all the facilities you may be looking on holidays. The hotel staff is excellent and provide all services professionally.
