Great spot in Lecce. All the things you’d want in a decent and value for money stay. The host / owner is very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. We had a minor issue on arrival and was sorted very quickly. We were slightly disappointed that the jacuzzi on the roof terrace wasn’t working while we were there. We were only advised of this on arrival, but as we were stopping for one night on a road trip, we weren’t too bothered. There is only one small lift which is your main route up to the rooms (stairs aren’t in an obvious place), so we waited for a short while on arrival for other guests to use the lift first. No biggie though! Would totally recommend!
I already raised the complaint with all the evidence about insects Cockroachs under the bed and in the bathroom . I didn't slept whole night because i am allergic to the Cockroachs . I tried to contact owner but unfortunately even after 50 calls whatsap and direct their is no reply. I want justice . These people cannot play with our health. These people not even once apologized for the same. According their view this is very normal practice. I will file the complaint to higher authority also. I hope you guys will support me for sure.
