The place is great, with very good service, and the food is excellent. Location wise is perfect for travelers with or without a car. There is a JR train that will stop very near the hotel. Nice town to visit you can even go down to the river some locals go fishing in the river.

We had a wonderful, warm welcome and hospitality during a day staying here on 14 April 25. The facilities are very great, cozy and tranquil. The staffs were very friendly and helpful when my grand son was vomiting in the restaurant, they brought a new Yukata for changing and clean up the floor immediately. Very impressive of their quick response and hospitality. Love to have a chance to come back again.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL❤️ I only stayed here for one night but I wish I had stayed for another night here at least. The hotel is old and huge with 3 buildings but still well maintained. I opt for a private Onsen and it was the best decision ever as I could enjoy my Onsen experience on my own. The hotel staff also asked us what time do we prefer for them to lay out the futons for us so we could be there to witness it. Breakfast was also pretty good with Japanese and western food selection. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the station so it’s a major plus point as it was raining when we arrived. One small feedback though - The private Onsen was great but it was located on a floor on its own. When I went over there for my slot, there was nobody on the floor so it felt a little creepy to be alone in such a huge floor. Luckily I had my friend accompanied me so it didn’t feel that scary. But I still prefer it there was at least a staff stationed there to make the experience less scary. Overall though, I still really enjoy this hotel and hope to return to stay here again one day with my family.
