Spacious room in 'The residence'. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Service was very good too. Superb views from the room. Indoor pool was enjoyable. Spacious facilities available. Minigolf, squash can be reserved. 3 hotels are connected - good means to make some steps walking! In summary, 4 star hotel with 5 star amenities.
We spent one wk at the hotel with our 1.5yrs old boy. He enjoyed the pools, and the staff was amazingly friendly towards him during breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the hotel provided high chair and baby cod to our room, which were really good for free. Also, there are many play areas for babys in the hotel!
Truly excellent hotel and resort in Funchal. Rooms are very spacious and our one bedroom apartment also had an ensuite along with a balcony with sea view. The breakfast is truly excellent and the facilities are what you would expect at a 5-star establishment. Highly recommend!
