Suite Hotel Leipzig

Enjoyed our stay in one of spacious Suites which accommodated our party of three adults. The Penny market enabled us to grab some snacks, breakfast rolls and save money on meals. The hotel restaurant is not anything to brag about but convenient and decent food. Monday was Schnitzel day offering several variations of Schnitzel. Had a relaxing dinner there upon our arrival. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. Entire hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Check to see if parking upstairs is available before paying paying 9 Euros per day for garage. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Suite Hotel Leipzig for a conference located at UFZ. The proximity to the campus was great - walking there only took about 10 minutes. The bus also stopped in front of the hotel if you needed to get to downtown. The room was clean and offered a nice balcony. Parking was available in a safe location under the hotel, for an additional cost. The negatives for this hotel were minimal, but enough to rate this a 4/5 stars. While WIFI was provided for free, we rarely got a strong enough signal in our room to be online for long at all. The front desk staff was also not the most helpful - we asked about travel via train/bus in the city and they offered little help. We didn't find out about the bus stop in front of the hotel until the next day, even after asking the front desk directly about transport options. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it never seemed to be open for dinners. We did not partake in the breakfast, as that was an additional cost as well. There were also few restaurants located near the hotel, except for Burger King. However, there is a grocery store (PENNY) located on the first floor.
